At Orange Blossom Market Co., we curate professional, high-quality vendor markets in partnership with municipalities, resorts, and private venues. The following standards ensure a safe, organized, and elevated experience for vendors and guests alike.
Participation in any OBMco. event constitutes agreement to the policies below.
1. Vendor Application & Product Approval
All vendors must complete a current Vendor Profile prior to applying. Vendors are responsible for keeping their profile and product descriptions up to date.
All products must be approved prior to the event. Any product or business change must be disclosed and approved before the market date.
Official approvals are sent only from sheena@orangeblossommarketco.com. OBMco. will never request payment via private message.
2. Payment & Space Reservation
Payment is due within 48 hours of approval to secure your space.
Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Failure to submit payment within 48 hours may result in release of your space.
Submission of payment confirms agreement to all OBMco. policies.
Exclusivity is not guaranteed unless required by third-party vendor company policy.
3. Event Communication
Load-in instructions and final event details will be emailed 2–4 days prior to the event. Most events do not have assigned spaces, only assigned zones.
Vendors are expected to share event information with their social media and email list. Official graphics will be provided. All promotional traffic must link to the official event page.
4. Attendance & Market Hours
Vendors are required to remain open and operational for the full duration of the market.
Early breakdown or no-call/no-show may result in forfeiture of future participation.
In the case of an emergency, vendors must notify OBMco. immediately.
5. Booth Presentation Standards
OBMco. markets are curated events - not flea markets or garage sales. Booth spaces must remain clean, organized, and professional at all times.
Disposable or plastic tablecloths are not permitted.
If storing items under tables, table coverings must be floor-length.
No encroaching beyond your assigned 10x10 (or reserved) footprint.
Vendors are responsible for keeping their immediate surrounding area clean throughout the event.
All trash must be removed to designated disposal areas at breakdown.
Festive decor is encouraged for themed markets unless otherwise specified.
6. Tent & Safety Requirements
Only straight-leg tents are permitted. White or branded logo tents are preferred unless otherwise stated.
Tents must be fully secured before any merchandise setup begins.
Each 10x10 tent must be weighted at all four corners to sustain wind gusts of up to 40mph.
Tent weights must be secured using approved ratchet straps or heavy-duty fasteners.
Bungee cords, rubber cords, water jugs, coolers, merchandise racks, or bricks are not approved as tent weights.
OBMco. reserves the right to require tent removal if proper safety standards are not met.
Vendor is responsible for any damage caused by their tent, equipment, or staff. Proof of insurance may be requested at anytime.
7. Conduct & Professionalism
Vendors and staff must conduct themselves in a courteous, professional manner.
No shouting at guests, roaming distribution of materials, or aggressive selling tactics.
Literature must remain within your assigned booth space.
Smoking is not permitted within market grounds.
Vendors and staff should dress appropriately for the event environment.
Children under 18 may not be left unattended during market hours.
Failure to maintain professional conduct may result in:
Verbal warning
Written warning
Immediate removal from the event
Disqualification from future participation
Threats or physical aggression will result in immediate removal.
8. Music, Animals & Equipment
No amplification, music devices, or sound systems permitted in booths during event hours.
Only silent generators are permitted for approved food & beverage vendors.
No electricity is provided unless pre-approved.
No animals permitted except registered service animals.
9. Liability & Personal Property
OBMco. is not responsible for theft, loss, damage, or injury related to vendor property.
Valuables should not be left unattended.
10. Weather Policy
OBMco. events operate rain or shine.
In the event of lightning within a 10-mile radius, markets may pause for safety if one or more hours remain in the event. Vendors will receive instructions regarding safe waiting areas or voluntary departure.
Vendors are expected to be prepared for changing weather conditions, including:
Proper tent weights
Sidewalls
Product protection materials
Vendor fees remain non-refundable due to weather-related interruptions.
11. Zero Tolerance Policy
Orange Blossom Market Co. maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment of any kind.
Sexual harassment or inappropriate conduct toward vendors, guests, staff, or volunteers will result in immediate action, up to and including removal from the event and permanent disqualification.
12. Communication Policy
All event-related concerns, questions, or feedback must be directed to Orange Blossom Market Co. Vendors are not permitted to approach the venue staff, property owners, sponsors, or city representatives with complaints or operational concerns.
We work closely with our venue partners and will address any issues on your behalf. Direct complaints to the venue may result in removal from the event and/or ineligibility for future events.
13. Policy Updates
OBMco. reserves the right to modify policies as necessary to maintain safety, professionalism, and operational efficiency.
